The Navajo Division of Public Safety has issued an AMBER Alert for two missing babies. Three-month-old Braidin Begay and 16-month-old Bailey Begay are with the suspect, Brandon Begay in a brown over white 2005 Ford F250 extended cab truck with temporary Arizona license plate. Braidin is about a foot tall and weighs about 12 pounds and has short black hair and brown eyes. Bailey is about two feet tall and weighs about 25 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a spaghetti strap shirt and blue jeans. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of Brandon or the two kids, call the Navajo Police Department Shiprock District at (505) 368-1350 or call 911.

ANETH, San Juan County The Navajo Division of Public Safety canceled an Amber Alert after two children that were taken by their father on Thursday were found safe early Friday. The missing children, 16 month-old-Bailey Begay and 3-month-old Braidin Begay, were found unharmed in a remote area south of Dolores, Colorado, about 2 a.m., according to Navajo Nation police. Police said in a flyer that the two children were taken by their father, Brandon Begay, in Aneth about 4:20 p.m. Thursday. Begay reportedly made threats of self-harm and the children were considered to be in danger. Investigators tracked a cellphone to find the suspect s abandoned vehicle. A search then led them to the children, who have been reunited with their mother. Begay was arrested without incident.
